Job description

Elysium Marketing Group | On-site 4 days | Ambler, PA

About the Role

You know paid media. Now put that expertise to work in a bigger way.

At Elysium Marketing Group, we’re looking for a digital marketer who wants to do more than manage campaigns. We want someone who can challenge the status quo, uncover opportunities others miss, and make a measurable impact on our clients’ businesses and the growth of our agency.

As our PPC Manager, you’ll own paid media strategy and performance across a diverse portfolio of clients, with the opportunity to influence how we approach digital advertising, test emerging platforms and technologies, and help shape what comes next for our agency.

You’ll work across Google, Meta, and other paid media channels, connecting the dots between data, creative, audience behavior, and business objectives. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own strategies, the opportunity to collaborate with a talented creative and marketing team, and a direct line between the work you do and the results our clients achieve.

You won’t just manage our paid media accounts. You’ll help shape our paid media strategy, identify new service opportunities, improve how we deliver results, and establish the standards for excellence across our agency.

Your ideas will have a seat at the table, and your work will make a tangible difference.

We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable building a campaign as they are questioning why it isn’t performing. You’re naturally curious, analytically minded, and motivated by solving problems. You don’t wait for a playbook when you can build a better one.

If you’re ready to bring your experience to an agency where your ideas matter, your expertise is valued, and you can make a real difference, we should talk.

What You’ll Own
  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop and lead paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and additional platforms based on each client’s goals, audience, and growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Performance: Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Business Results: Connect campaign performance to meaningful outcomes, including qualified leads, customer acquisition costs, return on ad spend, revenue, and franchise development opportunities.
  • Testing and Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve results through creative testing, audience development, bidding strategies, landing-page recommendations, and new advertising products.
  • Budget and Investment Strategy: Manage budgets across accounts, forecast results, and make informed decisions about where every dollar can work harder.
  • Analytics and Problem-Solving: Investigate performance shifts, tracking issues, attribution challenges, and conversion gaps. Find the root cause, develop a solution, and turn insights into action.
  • Client Partnership: Translate complex data into clear, confident recommendations that help clients make better marketing decisions and understand the value of their investment.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with account management, creative, SEO, and other digital specialists to build more integrated, effective marketing programs.
  • Agency Growth: Bring forward new ideas, improve internal processes, identify opportunities to expand our capabilities, and help elevate the quality of paid media across the agency.
  • What's Next: Stay ahead of platform changes, automation, AI-powered advertising, measurement developments, and emerging channels. Help us determine what’s worth testing and what will actually move the needle.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You know your stuff. You have deep, current hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and you understand what it takes to manage campaigns that deliver results.
  • You think beyond the dashboard. You understand the connection between paid media, creative, landing pages, conversion rates, and the bigger business picture.
  • You’re a natural problem-solver. When something doesn’t add up, you investigate. You form hypotheses, test them, and keep going until you understand what’s happening.
  • You take initiative. You don’t need someone outlining every next step. You identify opportunities, make recommendations, and take ownership of getting things done.
  • You’re curious about what’s possible. You enjoy learning new platforms, exploring emerging technology, and challenging conventional approaches when there’s a better way.
  • You’re comfortable with the numbers. You know your way around GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance metrics, and you can turn data into actionable insights.
  • You communicate with confidence. You can explain the why behind your recommendations to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders without getting lost in technical jargon.
  • You’re organized and accountable. You can manage multiple accounts, competing priorities, and deadlines without losing sight of the details.
  • You bring experience. You have at least three years of hands‑on paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment. Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus. Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, programmatic, or other paid media channels is welcome.
Why Elysium Marketing Group?

Your work will matter here.

Elysium is a full‑service marketing agency specializing in food, restaurants, and franchises. We bring together digital strategists, creative minds, and a team that genuinely cares about doing exceptional work for our clients.

We’re big enough to work on meaningful marketing challenges and nimble enough to move quickly, test ideas, and adapt. We value people who think independently, take ownership, and want to make things better.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Real ownership. You’ll lead strategy and execution, not simply follow someone else’s checklist.
  • A voice in how we grow. Your ideas can influence our services, processes, and approach to paid media.
  • Varied, interesting work. Work across multiple brands and industries, solving different challenges rather than running the same playbook every day.
  • Room to innovate. Explore new tools, platforms, technologies, and strategies that can create a competitive advantage for our clients.
  • A collaborative team. Work alongside experienced marketing, creative, SEO, and account professionals who bring different perspectives to the table.
  • Visible impact. See the connection between your decisions, client performance, and the agency’s success.
Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience.

We’re looking for someone who wants to bring their experience, ideas, and initiative to a team that’s going places.

  • If you’re ready to own your work, influence what comes next, and help our clients grow, we’d love to meet you.
