Dhammatek Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Google Ads Executive with 0-2 years of experience to manage paid advertising campaigns for our e-commerce initiatives.

You will work with the marketing team to optimize Performance Max and Shopping campaigns, monitor budgets, and drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across markets including the UK.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
• Hands-on with Performance Max and Shopping campaigns.
• Experience in e-commerce advertising is preferred.
• Knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Experience with GA4 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, particularly Performance Max (PMax) and Shopping Campaigns.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, clicks, impressions, conversions, ROAS, and CPA.
• Analyse search terms and identify relevant opportunities and irrelevant traffic.
• Work on keyword research, negative keywords, and audience signals to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor product feed performance and coordinate improvements in product titles, descriptions, images, and other attributes.
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve conversions and return on ad spend.
• Stay updated with Google Ads features, campaign strategies, and e-commerce advertising trends.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Google Ads Executive with 0 - 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly Performance Max (PMax) and Shopping Campaigns. Experience working with an e-commerce business is preferred, as the role involves managing campaigns focused on product visibility, website traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with the marketing team to monitor campaign performance, optimise advertising spend, and improve overall campaign results.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, particularly Performance Max (PMax) and Shopping Campaigns.

Skills Required

• 02 years of practical experience in Google Ads or Paid Advertising.
• Basic to good understanding of Performance Max (PMax) and Google Shopping Campaigns.
• Understanding of campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Knowledge of search terms, keyword research, and negative keyword optimisation.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is an added advantage.
• Experience working with an e-commerce business is preferred.
• Experience in international markets, particularly the UK, is an added advantage.
