Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting passionate PPA Cover Teachers to join primary schools across South West London from September 2026. We offer long-term, full-time opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with flexible teaching assignments that suit your experience.

You will deliver engaging lessons, follow planning, adapt to different year groups, maintain high behaviour standards, support pupils with SEND, and work closely with teachers and school teams.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Experience teaching in a Primary School is desirable; ECTs encouraged to apply.
• Confident teaching across different Primary year groups.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

Milk Education is working with a number of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools across South West London and is looking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated PPA Cover Teachers to join schools from September 2026.

Whether you're an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a flexible teaching opportunity or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to build your classroom experience, we’d love to hear from you. We have a range of long-term and full-time opportunities available, supporting schools with planned PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching across different year groups, maintaining continuity of learning and creating positive classroom environments where pupils remain engaged and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Experience teaching within a Primary School setting is desirable.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
