Job summary

Stellantis seeks an e- & ICE Powertrain Program Manager to oversee powertrain programs from a supplier-quality perspective, spanning early development to production. You will ensure milestones are met and present updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include tracking KAIs/KPIs/PSKs, coordinating SQE follow-ups during launches, and collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure flawless launches and supplier readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years' work experience in quality, engineering, production, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate across all management levels.
• Self-motivated, organized, accountable with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Ability to travel within North America region 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Track and provide status updates on Supplier Quality activities for designated programs.
• Analyze KAIs, KPIs, PSKs, and other metrics; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Facilitate SQE follow-up and closure of issues at Powertrain facilities during launch.
• Manage program reporting requirements for program reviews.
• Engage internal stakeholders early to identify supplier risk for future development.
• Provide objective recommendations to supplier pre-selection and sourcing decisions.
• Facilitate safe launch strategies and problem-resolution reviews.
• Support development and execution phase deliverables to ensure flawless launches.
