Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Director, Project Quality Management (Powertrain) to lead a regional quality team and oversee quality for global powertrain programs from development through SOP and post-launch.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and joint ventures to ensure world‑class quality and achievement of customer expectations and business targets.

Qualifications

• The candidate has strong leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in automotive product development and launch processes.
• Experienced with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities throughout development and industrialization of powertrain programs.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements, processes, and customer expectations.
• Govern program quality plans and drive convergence from concept to post-launch.
• Manage quality risks, root cause analysis, and containment actions across programs.
• Coordinate APQP/PPAP at system level and support launches across global teams.
