Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Engineer to serve as the North American engineering interface for powertrain projects, including internal combustion engines, electrification, and thermal management.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive advanced engineering collaborations with customers while linking sales and R&D for pre-sales activities. Fluent English required; other languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering, innovation or project management with interface to external customers.
• Languages: English. Additional language skills, like German, French, Italian are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead: You are the engineering interface to our North American customers for internal combustion engine, hybrid powertrains and electrification, fuel cell, thermal management, electronics, software, and connected powertrain projects
• You’re in charge: You manage and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders on powertrain innovation and acquisition programs
• Deliver excellence: You lead cross-functional project teams to ensure portfolio alignment and customer satisfaction
• Leave your footprint: You engage our customer on advanced engineering collaborations and product innovation activities
• Keep us on track: You are the technical interface and voice-of-the-customer to our sales and R&D teams for pre-selling activities
