Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer - Powertrain (Engine/Thermal systems) on a contract basis in Dearborn, MI. The role focuses on driving quality and reliability improvements for engine and thermal systems through root cause investigations and effective repair solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience leading engineering or quality improvement projects.
• Experience with internal combustion engines, thermal systems, or after-treatment systems in design, testing, controls, or calibration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL/BigQuery, or similar technologies.
