Overview

Joby Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead at our Powertrain & Electronics factory located in San Carlos, California. This role requires a thoughtful and inspirational leader for direct and indirect production staff who are responsible for the production of our eVTOL aircraft’s powertrain and electronics. This individual must be highly organized and self-driven while possessing a deep understanding of manufacturing operations’ fundamentals of safety and quality, followed by quantity. The selected candidate will possess strong leadership skills as well as the ability to attain results in a fast-paced start-up environment while scaling manufacturing.

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $116,200 - $206,500/year. The compensation package will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
