Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Calibration System Integration Engineer to lead commissioning, integration and testing of calibration development resources for propulsion systems. The role includes coordinating HIL, dyno and vehicle tests, validating system-level design, and supporting data-driven improvement efforts.

You will train new calibration engineers, collaborate with Powertrain controls, and mentor teams on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• Automotive experience through work or university projects (Formula SAE, Baja, SAE EcoCar).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with others, balancing multiple issues.
• Able to design disciplined test plans and verification processes for calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level calibration and validation across HIL, Dyno, and vehicle tests.
• Coordinate cross-feature calibration including SOC management and range estimation.
• Provide first-run support for HIL, Dyno and vehicle properties.
• Lead validation of PCR package and identify HW/SW/calibration deficiencies before release.
• Support FE/Emissions activities, data reviews, and issue triage.
• Drive development trips to meet program milestones and summarize trip data.
