Fox Powersports is hiring a Vehicle Outfitter Specialist to guide customers through accessory and customization options for new and pre-owned powersports vehicles. You will package and price accessories, coordinating with Sales, Parts, and Service to ensure a smooth build and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in powersports, automotive parts sales, service advising, or vehicle customization is preferred.
• Strong customer service, organization, and sales abilities are essential.
• Ability to create accurate quotes, parts lists, and installation estimates.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss accessory and customization options for new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Ask questions to understand usage, needs, and budget, and recommend accessories accordingly.
• Sell OEM and aftermarket accessories (windshields, roofs, storage, protection, lighting, etc.).
• Create accessory packages and provide parts, labor, and installation estimates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Service to manage installations and orders.
• Track Repair Orders from start to finish and monitor progress and completion dates.
• Communicate status to customers and internal teams and resolve scheduling or parts delays.
