Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, packing, or production experience preferred.
• Experience with sewn products, powersports accessories, metal assembly, or welding is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, work orders, and production documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect input and output quality requirements on all products processed.
• Assemble UTV door frames and related hardware components.
• Perform light welding, fitting, fastening, and component installation as required.
• Package finished goods according to work instructions and customer requirements.
• Prepare products for shipping, labeling, palletizing, and staging as required.
• Maintain productivity while meeting quality and schedule requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
