Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Transportation / Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 months’ work experience with a related degree; 4+ years may substitute for degree.
• Strong sketching and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Alias, Blender, Rhino, or equivalent.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop original styling concepts through sketching, rendering, and digital design tools.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Planning, and Modeling teams.
• Participate in market and consumer research to identify styling trends and customer preferences.
• Support design reviews and presentations with stakeholders and assist in developing models.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute to process improvements.
