Job summary

RideNow Dallas is seeking an entry-level technician to perform oil changes and routine maintenance while receiving paid OEM training. No degree is required; bring basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn, and we will train you to service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and watercraft.

You will work with experienced Powersports technicians, gain hands-on experience, and have opportunities for advancement as your skills grow. Comprehensive benefits available upon employment.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge is required.
• You should own basic mechanics tools.
• Ability to safely use those tools.
• A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance are important.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• No degree required; teamwork is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Assist in building/setting up new machines as needed (pontos to PWCs).
• Handle tires, batteries and basic service tasks.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and setup.
• Carry out entry-level mechanical repairs.
• Learn diagnostics and more advanced repairs as skills develop.
• Work alongside experienced Powersports technicians.
• Receive paid OEM and factory training.
• Explore opportunities for advancement.
