• Meet or exceed sales targets in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Upsell extended service contracts, protection plans, and financing options where appropriate.
• Collaborate with management, service, and finance teams to achieve dealership goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers in a welcoming, professional, and sales-focused manner.
• Guide customers through the full sales process from unit selection to final delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, features, promotions, and financing options.
• Process sales documentation accurately to support smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with Parts and FI teams to present accessories and packages.
• Participate in showroom presentation and showroom floor display setup.
