Job summary

RideNow Powersports – Dallas is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our vibrant dealership team. No riding or prior sales experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You will provide exceptional service and help customers find their dream ride. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with ample training and opportunities to grow with one of the world's leading powersports dealer groups.

Qualifications

• Passion for powersports or enthusiasm for riding.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter attitude with drive to exceed goals.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process from product selection to purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Assist with showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup.
