RideNow Powersports – North Fort Worth is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. No riding or prior sales experience required.

You’ll greet customers, help them explore motorcycles, ATVs, and more, and guide them through the purchase process with support from an experienced team. We offer on-the-job training, opportunities for career growth, and incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process from selection to purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of powersports inventory, features, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Assist with showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup.
