RideNow Powersports Weatherford is seeking a Sales Associate to join a high-energy, customer-focused team. No riding or sales experience required, but enthusiasm and service mindset are essential.

You will help customers find the perfect ride, maintain showroom displays, learn products, process sales documentation, and collaborate with sales, service, and support peers. This is an on-site, full-time role with training and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter attitude with drive to exceed goals.
• Prior experience in retail or dealership sales is preferred.
• High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn product knowledge and follow a sales process.
• Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic.
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to push motorcycles up to 850 lbs safely.
• Must be able to move through the dealership premises while watching for moving vehicles and displays.

• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup.
