Job summary

RideNow Powersports Austin is hiring a high-energy Sales Associate to help customers find their dream ride. You will provide product knowledge, maintain a positive showroom atmosphere, and collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.

No prior riding or sales experience is required, and we offer training, performance-based pay, and incentives. A passion for powersports and excellent customer service will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Passion for powersports and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with goal-driven attitude.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to learn product details quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
