Black Gold Harley-Davidson - RideNow Powersports in Allen, TX is seeking a positive, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. No riding or sales experience required, we train from the ground up and reward performance with incentives.

You will greet customers, explain product features across motorcycles and powersports, and support a high-energy showroom environment. This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience not required!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn product knowledge & follow a sales process
• Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup
