Job summary

Starwood Powersports Gainesville is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person for our Gainesville location. You will help customers identify and order parts, both in-store and online, ensuring accuracy and speed to keep operations smooth.

In this role, rely on strong product knowledge of powersports gear, superb communication, and solid computer skills to manage inventory and assist our service team. A fast-paced, team-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a parts counter role (automotive or powersports preferred).
• Familiarity with powersports equipment (ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Strong computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with identifying and ordering parts.
• Accurately use OEM parts catalogs and inventory systems to locate and sell parts.
• Process orders, returns, and special requests.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine stock checks.
• Support the service department by supplying the required parts promptly.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience through friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Stay informed on new products, accessories, and vendor promotions.
• Keep parts area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
