Job summary

Hunter Power Sports is seeking a Powersports Parts Consultant to join our Parts & Accessories Department. You will assist customers, identify parts and gear, and work with the service team to ensure parts availability and accuracy.

You will use electronic catalogs and inventory systems, stock and organize parts, and help technicians with needed items while maintaining high levels of customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in powersports parts or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with parts catalogs and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify and select the correct parts, accessories, and riding gear.
• Answer parts questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

Powersports Parts Consultant

Join the Hunter Power Sports Team

Hunter Power Sports is looking for a Powersports Parts Consultant to join our Parts & Accessories Department. If you enjoy helping customers, have an interest in powersports, and like working with products and equipment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll work with customers and our service team to identify the right parts, accessories, and gear while helping keep our parts department organized and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Customer & Parts Support

• Help customers identify and select the correct parts, accessories, and riding gear.
• Answer parts questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Use electronic parts catalogs and inventory systems to locate and order products.
• Assist service technicians with parts needed for repair orders.
• Help customers find products that fit their specific vehicle and riding needs.

• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments.

• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory.

Product Knowledge

• Develop knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, watercraft, parts, and accessories.
• Stay up to date on new products, accessories, and industry trends.
• Continue developing product knowledge through training and hands-on learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous powersports, automotive, marine, or equipment parts experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, or watercraft is preferred.
• Riding or mechanical experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with electronic parts catalogs, inventory systems, or POS software is helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately work with part numbers and product information.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/moving packages up to 50 lbs.
