Job summary

YoungPowersports XL -Build Center is seeking a motivated Powersports Pickup and Delivery Specialist to load and unload motorcycles, ATVs, sleds, and other equipment, and to deliver to customers and dealerships. A valid license is required, and pulling a 43 ft+ gooseneck trailer is necessary.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include 401k, health, dental, life, disability insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading motorcycles, ATVs, sleds, and other Powersports equipment onto trucks and trailers.
• Delivering Powersports equipment to and from customers and dealerships.
• Ensuring all equipment is properly secured and in good working condition.
• Assists customers with loading and unloading their Powersports equipment.
• Helping and introducing customers to their machines.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Pulling gooseneck trailers as long as 43 ft or more.
