Job summary

iLabs Inc is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the creation of three new Power Platform applications while sustaining five live production apps used daily by program offices. You’ll set architectural direction, enforce standards, and drive ALM across environments.

The role blends architecture with hands-on delivery, serving as the technical authority for the Power Platform, guiding production operations, and ensuring long-term maintainability and transfer to internal staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience implementing managed-solution ALM across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for a federal public trust background check.
• Ability to perform all work from within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of three new Power Platform applications.
• Provide technical oversight and sustainment for five existing production applications.
• Define and enforce architecture, design, security, and ALM standards.
• Manage application lifecycle processes across separate Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for production issues and complex technical challenges.
• Establish reliable, maintainable solutions that can be transitioned to internal staff for long-term ownership and support.
