District of Columbia Air National Guard Joint Base Andrews is seeking a Power Systems Mechanic in the WG-5378-10 series. This excepted service position requires National Guard membership and employment in the DCANG, with select eligibility for military rank and assignment.

PCS relocation is not authorized; uniforms and military requirements apply. Applicants must document specialized experience with maintenance, schematics, and repair manuals to qualify.

Qualifications

• General experience in mechanical maintenance with the ability to read and use technical manuals, illustrations, diagrams and schematics.
• Specialized experience removing, adjusting, replacing, cleaning, and installing parts and components on powered support equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic theory as applied to powered support equipment and their interrelationships.
