Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Project Manager/ PowerBI Developer to support manufacturing operations through data reporting, dashboard development, and analytics. This on-site Salt Lake City role focuses on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, developing data models, and delivering reporting solutions for production, schedule, financial, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years, or Master's + 3+ years; or 9+ years in lieu of a degree
• 3-5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Experience writing SQL queries for reporting and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to obtain a security clearance

This role will focus on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, developing data models, and delivering reporting solutions that support production, schedule, financial, and operational performance.The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Program Management teams to gather reporting requirements and provide actionable business insights. This role will be located on-site in Salt Lake City and will be a 9/80 schedule, 12-month contract-to-hire role.

Skills and Requirements
