• Support and maintain data infrastructure, dashboards, and reports.
• Utilize continuous improvement methods to enhance data models and reports.
• Prioritize and manage new report requests.
• Implement best practices and document requirements and designs.
• Identify trends in data and assist users in understanding them.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of data analysis applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot reports by investigating various data levels.

• Ensure global design standards are utilized in reports.
• Consult with users to understand their needs and stories.
