Hitachi Energy's POWER SQUARED Early Career Program in Raleigh invites you to launch a career in engineering with an 18-month rotational experience starting June 2026. You will rotate through Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services, tackling hands-on projects and a robust curriculum designed to accelerate your growth.

You will work with experts, contribute to real business outcomes, and build leadership and collaboration skills while exploring sustainability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with a GPA of 3.0+.
• Graduating by May 2026 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
