Job summary

Walmart in Layton, UT is seeking a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs and parking areas using pressure washing equipment.

You will operate vehicles and equipment, determine suitable pressure levels, follow safety procedures, and maintain records. The role requires 1–3 years of power washing experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. High school diploma required; certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure levels and temperatures.
• Remove dirt and debris while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain records and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
