Starting pay is $19/hour with paid on-the-job training. Typical schedule includes weekends, early starts, and a 20-hour weekly pay guarantee, with opportunities for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and walk up to 5 miles per day.
• Mountain driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required prior to hire).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive box trucks and company vehicles to customer locations.
• Use pressure washers, brushes, and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, mud, and debris.
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain equipment in safe, working condition.
• Drain, clean, and refill fuel, water, and reclaim systems.
• Clean and properly store equipment after each shift.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $19/hour
• Paid on-the-job training
• Early start times (as early as 8:00 a.m.)
• Weekends required
• Current schedule: Friday-Wednesday (every other week) + every Sunday
• 20-hour weekly pay guarantee
• Typical hours: 20-30 hours per week
