Job summary

Fleet Clean in Fountain, CO is hiring a Fleet Washing Technician to join our field crew. You’ll travel to customer sites around Southern Colorado, wash commercial trucks and equipment, and help keep fleets looking their best.

This full-time, year‑round role offers pay starting at $19.00 per hour, weekly pay, paid training, and health benefits. You’ll work outdoors in all seasons, report safety concerns, and have opportunities to advance within Fleet Clean.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Clean 5-year driving record (insurance requirement).
• Available to start as early as 7:00 a.m.
• Weekend availability required.
• Willing to work 8-12 hour shifts as needed.
• Crews operate six days a week (closed Thursdays except for occasional makeup days).

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles to customer job sites.
• Washing commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment using professional pressure washing equipment.
• Performing daily inspections of company vehicles and equipment.
• Maintaining wash equipment and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Cleaning and refilling water and reclaim systems.
• Keeping equipment organized, clean, and ready for the next job.
• Providing excellent customer service while representing Fleet Clean professionally.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
