The ideal candidate has experience leading teams, operating commercial-grade pressure washing equipment, and interacting with clients on-site in a professional manner. Power Washing Professional Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute residential and commercial power washing projects
• Operate and maintain power washing equipment (surface cleaners, soft wash systems, etc.)
• Oversee crew members and ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Communicate with customers on-site, walk through jobs before and after service
• Identify and resolve issues in real-time without constant supervision
• Load/unload equipment and prepare job sites each day
• Ensure job documentation and photos are captured
• Train new technicians as needed

Power Washing Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in power washing or exterior cleaning
• Proven leadership experience in a field-based or crew environment
• Strong understanding of commercial-grade equipment and chemicals
• Able to work independently and think on your feet
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
