Power Washing Professional Responsibilities:

Lead and execute residential and commercial power washing projects

Operate and maintain power washing equipment (surface cleaners, soft wash systems, etc.)

Oversee crew members and ensure safety and quality standards are met

Communicate with customers on-site, walk through jobs before and after service

Identify and resolve issues in real-time without constant supervision

Load/unload equipment and prepare job sites each day

Ensure job documentation and photos are captured

Train new technicians as needed

Power Washing Professional Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in power washing or exterior cleaning

Proven leadership experience in a field-based or crew environment

Strong understanding of commercial-grade equipment and chemicals

Able to work independently and think on your feet

Good communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
