Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Utility & Energy to build and execute our U.S. utility engagement strategy. You will coordinate day-to-day utility activities, help with power access, and grow relationships with electric utilities across markets.

You will track timelines, negotiate ESAs, and work with data center ops, engineering, legal, and policy teams to standardize approaches to power procurement and risk management. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in utilities, energy infrastructure, grid operations, or large-scale power customers.
• Strong knowledge of utility service, transmission and distribution systems, and interconnection processes.
• Experience engaging with utilities in a professional or commercial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage relationships with U.S. electric utilities, including ISOs and cooperatives.
• Coordinate power procurement, ESA negotiation, and interconnection tracking with internal teams.
• Develop processes and tools for power procurement across markets and provide leadership updates on risks.
