Qualifikationen

• Prior investment banking experience required.
• Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.
• 3+ years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Work within a deal team under the direction of a senior officer.
• Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry and market data, and M&A opportunities.
• Perform complex financial and M&A modeling.
• Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos.
• Prepare client presentations based on analyses and data.
• Assist with client negotiations and documentation.
• Provide structure, transactional and marketing support to senior team members as required.
