Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to M&A, Energy, Power, Utilities, Infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting live transaction execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure sector.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, marketing materials, and management presentations.
• Participate in due diligence processes, transaction execution, and client communications.
• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support live transactions and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and contribute to the team's origination efforts.
