Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Field Application Engineer to lead technical support for power and thermal products at customer sites. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

You will translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions, create application notes, and participate in product launches while traveling to support key accounts across regions.

Qualifikationen

• B.S.E (EE, ME or related) with 5+ years of related product experience or product management methods.
• Experience as a Field Application Engineer in power and thermal products preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site technical support and project leadership to named key accounts (including factory liaison).
• Deliver pre-sales support and expand product usage at target accounts.
• Develop product documentation, application notes, and sales collateral.
• Support post-sales troubleshooting, training, and customer conversations at tradeshows.
