Job summary

Qualifications

• Required degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
• Proficient with Procore and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple electric power projects from order to closeout.
• Maintain project files, tracking logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal communication among sales, engineering, operations, purchasing and service.
• Schedule meetings and track action items.
• Prepare project status reports and admin docs.
• Support invoicing, accounts receivable, and billing alignment.
