Job summary

Carolina Cat is hiring an Electric Power Project Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and customer support for Electric Power Sales Project Managers. You will coordinate project documentation, equipment orders, invoicing, and scheduling across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Procore and dealership systems. You will liaise with sales, customers, Caterpillar, vendors, accounting, service, and operations to ensure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, construction, power systems, or related industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, orders, invoicing, and scheduling throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project files, documentation, and tracking logs.
• Serve as liaison between sales, customers, Caterpillar, vendors, accounting, service, and operations teams to ensure proper documentation and execution.
• Create and maintain Procore workflows; manage project records and communications.
• Support equipment ordering, pricing, delivery, and invoicing in alignment with contracts and milestones.
