Zusammenfassung

Qualus is seeking a hands-on Pre-Commissioning Professional in Field Engineering to lead transmission and distribution upgrade projects. You will manage day-to-day execution, from assessments to proposals, and act as the primary client interface, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient delivery.

You will supervise field teams, review drawings and BOMs, and coordinate with engineering and operations to resolve issues before commissioning. A strong background in protection systems is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Reading and interpreting One Line diagrams, AC/DC diagrams.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and project documentation.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and submit planned outage requests per outage plans.
• Serve as primary client interface from assessment to submittals and proposals.
• Review BOMs and procure P&C equipment for substations.
• Develop wiring sheets, termination docs, and as-builts for protection systems.
• Provide field leadership to wiremen during construction and pre-commissioning.
• Verify protection schemes and relay coordination per system design.
• Manage schedules and coordinate equipment and labor with Operations.
• Collaborate with engineering/construction/testing to resolve installation issues.
• Perform PT/CCVT inspections and checkouts to verify installation.
