Progressive, a leading energy services provider, seeks an Operations Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of energy generation and electrical infrastructure assets. You will assist with inspections, performance improvements, maintenance planning, and compliance across power generation and delivery systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, or utilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for power generation and energy assets to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Monitor asset performance and analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• supervise SCADA/control systems alarms and coordinate with field personnel and utilities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, policies, and protocols.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and interfaces with utilities and reliability organizations.
• Prepare operational reports for stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
