Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 2) in Dallas, Texas, to perform electrical inspections, tests, and measurements. This role includes setting up test equipment and conducting maintenance testing with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must pass drug tests and background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance and maintenance electrical testing under supervision.
• Assist in setting up and removing test equipment.
• Write detailed reports on test results.

Skills

Knowledge of hazardous electrical energy procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Attention to detail

Education

High school diploma/GED required

Associate’s degree from an accredited 2-year technical college

NETA certification level 2
