Job summary

Qualifications

• NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for electrical power systems and industrial controls.
• Run diagnostics to minimize downtime and verify performance against customer requirements.
• Serve as the on-site technical point of contact and provide basic operator training.
• Capture service notes, test results, and corrective actions; submit reports.
• Track time, parts, and inventory; collaborate to meet response targets.
• Leverage remote troubleshooting tools to accelerate resolution.
• Comply with safety policies and OSHA standards; maintain safety certifications.
