- Ability to interpret specs and design technical solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the location's engineering department.
- Develop and maintain engineering services (arc flash, coordination studies, protection files, LOTO).
- Provide engineering cost estimates and bid proposals per RESA practices.
- Hire, train, and coach engineers; conduct performance reviews and develop staff.
- Perform power system studies and design improvements for facilities' distribution systems.
