Job summary

You will collaborate with customers, travel up to 20%, train users, perform testing, and develop scripts for third‑party integrations while resolving complex issues and translating technical problems for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applications engineering, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of application engineering experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.
• Proficiency with remote system access.
• Experience with configuration files and server navigation.
• Ability to analyze data to identify software defects.
• Ability to distinguish configuration issues from development bugs and file defect reports.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent configuration across multiple servers.
• Independent troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into clear explanations for customers.
• Ability to identify root causes and communicate solutions concisely.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into system configuration.
• Familiarity with OMS or ADMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system build plans considering software architecture, information security, and hardware deployment.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs and provide training and configuration support.
• Perform system and acceptance testing with customers.
• Develop scripts and middleware for third‑party integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with cross‑domain experts.
• Lead customer workshops.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver, test, and integrate systems.
