Job summary

The Power Systems Engineering Internship at Eaton offers hands-on experience within the Electrical Engineering Services and Systems global service team. You will work on projects affecting customers' power systems and receive coaching from experienced leaders.

During the 12-week paid program, you’ll gain exposure to power system studies, power quality analysis, electrical design, and training, while developing your technical and leadership skills for a dynamic career at Eaton.

Qualifications

Actively enrolled or degree in engineering with focus in Electrical or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
GPAs: minimum 2.8 (3.2+ preferred).
Must relocate within the United States and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for multiple customers in power systems studies.
Support a wide portfolio of clients from project start through final presentations and training.
Interpret specs to design technical proposals and power system recommendations.
Collaborate with Eaton sales and end-users to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
Participate in training and mentorship programs to develop future leadership skills.
