The 12-week paid program mentors you in engineering, design, and analysis services, with opportunities to learn in power systems studies, power quality, and electrical design. Participants will gain leadership experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled or recently graduated in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Electrical Engineering (Electrical or Electrical/Computer).
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.
• No CPT/OPT/STEM OPT sponsorship provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for power systems studies, power quality analysis, equipment startup, installation, maintenance, repair and training.
• Support a wide portfolio of clients from project start through final on-site presentation and training.
• Interpret specs and customer inquiries to design technical proposals and power system recommendations for customers.
• Operate in an entrepreneurial environment with emphasis on lead times and sustaining relationships with the Eaton sales team and end-users.
