Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related degree from an accredited program is required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes engineering, financial, and economic conditions to complete client tasks.
• Applies engineering and financial concepts within consulting services.
• Assists with life-cycle cost analyses, capital and O&M cost estimates, and economic forecasts.
• Supports regulatory impact analyses and project design requirements.
• Assists with power system planning, transmission/distribution studies, and various studies for fossil/renewable generation.
• Prepares technical reports and client presentations summarizing analyses.
• Supports contract administration and engineering reviews for utility system planning.
