Carter Machinery Co. Inc. is seeking a PSD Rental Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop new business, and build strong customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Power Systems Division (PSD) Rental Store Manager

Starting Compensation Range: $98,000 - $142,000 per year

The Store Manager position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day store operations and ensuring consistent performance at the store level. The individual in this position will develop new business, maintain positive relations with our current customer base, maximize business results by leveraging company resources and external business partners and ensure customer satisfaction, safe working conditions, store profitability and overall general performance.

• Proven leadership and management experience
• Background in service operations and comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment repair procedures and applications, preferred
