Qualifications
- BSEE with power system concentration required.
- 0-2 years of related industry experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NERC, NPCC, ISO, PUC).
Responsibilities
- Perform distribution studies: voltage, thermal, N-1, and power factor assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams on Grid Innovation projects (Battery Storage, Smart Grids).
- Analyze distribution energy resources and interconnections (PV, storage).
- Use GIS, power flow, and protection analysis tools for planning.
- Develop designs and recommendations that meet program objectives.
- Mentor and support team on distribution planning topics.
