Overview
Individual with personal responsibility for a variety of projects, including scheduling and budgeting. Responsible for work on substantial, continuing service accounts. Strictly follows procedures and techniques developed for projects. Responsible for assisting or leading site verification/documentation of low voltage electrical systems, photographic documentation, identifying NEC violations, writing reports, cost estimating, and deliverable creation. Maintains a safe work environment using proper PPE and industry‑standard practices.

Essential Duties
- Maintain secure business partnerships and relationships with key clients, consultants, groups, organizations, and teams.
- Bring a positive attitude into the office and worksite, representing K2M Design professionally on client sites.
- Because of the confidential nature of projects, information may not be shared outside K2M, including social media posts, photos from personal devices, or text messages about projects.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader, Project Manager, and if unavailable with the Director for all project‑related tasks.
- Review and understand condition assessment practices and procedures.
- Attend all department meetings and follow‑up on decisions that may affect efficient work practices.
- Confer with Team Leader to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
- Execute multiple projects concurrently.
- Perform minimal drafting work as required to meet client expectations.

Requirements
- Experience in electrical construction or electrical construction project management.
- Electrical license or equivalent experience.
- Ability to identify commercial electrical system components and NEC code violations.
- Comfortable using computer programs such as MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Comfortable working in challenging environments.
- Clean driver’s license with no DUI or serious infractions.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Available for travel as needed to different locations on a project basis; typically 2+ weeks out and 2 weeks at home, subject to workload.
- 60–80 % of work time is reserved for traveling alone or as part of a team.
